Returns & Exchanges


Unopened/unused products can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 15 days from delivery date. Products must be in original condition and returned in the original packing. We are unable to accept returns on samples or used products. Please email us about the return prior to shipping the item back to us.

Sale items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we must have a copy of your receipt or your order number/receipt on file in our system.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must notify us within 15 days from delivery date. Please send us an email to address the matter. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you whether we approved or denied the refund request.

If approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank/credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve re-checked and still have not received your refund, please send us a message.

All costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary). You may wish to ship via a trackable method or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping.
